Eugene Creally joins Ampersand

Ampersand is delighted to announce the arrival of Eugene Creally as a member of the stable.
He joins us having returned to private practice following his appointment as junior counsel to the Billy Wright Inquiry, since April 2005, coming to an end.
Eugene brings with him extensive experience in a range of areas of practise including reparation, professional and medical negligence, European law, commercial contracts, company and insolvency litigation, agricultural law, construction contracts and arbitration. He was also standing junior to the Scottish Ministers where he gained considerable experience in administrative and public law areas such as mental health, education, Town & Country planning and local government.
