Experience
Ronnie Clancy QC practiced for a solicitor for 7 years before coming to the Bar. Since then he has been in full time practice and has clocked up a great deal of experience in mainstream civil cases in the Court of Session (Inner and Outer Houses), the Sheriff Court and a range of Tribunals and Inquiries. He has prosecuted numerous serious cases in the High Court of Justiciary and appeared frequently in the Criminal Appeal Court, usually for the Crown. Ronnie Clancy has been a part-time lecturer in Civil Court Practice at Edinburgh University for 16 years.
